Occasionally packages can be SUBSTANTIALLY DELAYED, up to 45 days, but the usual transit time is 8-12 business days.

When traveling across a border, packages occasionally get held up at customs. Alexis Daoud Jewelry does NOT have any control over this, it's in the hands of your country's customs officials. Please understand you are taking a risk in buying internationally that your package may be delayed up to 7 weeks. This is not common, but it happens occasionally. Once we've shipped your package, we can't do anything with it once it's in the hands of customs officials and your country's postal service... and sometimes they unfortunately take their time!


CUSTOMS & DUTY CHARGES

We have NO control over your country's customs officials. Some countries will charge duty for international packages and others will not, and all at different rates. Most packages go through without any charges, it is somewhat random, but please be advised that Alexis Daoud Jewelry has no control over how your country charges duty. These are NOT extra shipping charges. Buyers are responsible for knowing your country’s customs and duty policies.
